INTRODUCTION
The vertical disc mixer machine is mainly used for the mixing of raw materials. The inner panel of the vertical disc mixer is made of stainless steel,so it is not easy to stick. Wear-resistant,the cycloidal pinwheel reducer has the characteristics of compact structurre, convenient operation, uniform mixing, convenient discharge and transportation. It is used in the production line of organic fertilizer equipment.
STRUCTURE
1.Transmission connection part: The machine adopts the cyclonic gear reducer to drive the spindle rotation and the main working parat of the machine adopts nyloon column pin is the transmission connector toothe and transmission drive,convenient for assembly and maintenance.
2.Frame part: All the machine working bodies are installe and fixed on the frame.The frame of the machine is welded by high carbon steel plate and channel steel,and it has the purpose of the machine through strict product certification and specific process requirements.
3.Mixing part: The transmission wheel passes through thee pin couping to the main shaft.The msterials is uniformly reversed in the mixing chamber,so the material can be fully mixed,greatly reducing the residual amount of the material.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The vertical mixer works by the rapid rotation of the screw to raise the material from the bottom of the barrel from the center to the top, and then throw it away in an umbrella shape,returning to the bottom, so that the raw materials can be tumbling up and down in the barrel, and a large amount can be put in a short time. The raw materials are evenly mixed.
The output shaft end of the reducer drives the mixing spindle to make it run. There are fixed mixing teeth on the mixing shaft, and the mixing shaft drives the stirring teeth to fully mix and mix the materials.
