1. Germination test method
Put 5 grams of the product into a 200-room liter beaker, add 100 ml of 60℃ warm water to soak for 3 hours and then filter, take 10 ml of the filtered juice, pour it into a petri dish covered with two layers of filter paper, and plant 100 seeds of cabbage, radish, cucumber or tomato for germination test. In addition, steamed water was used in the petri dish, and the seed and germination test methods were the same as above. It was generally believed that the germination rate was above 90% in the control area, indicating that the fertilizer processed by the organic fertilizer production line had been decomposed and qualified. This method is suitable for the identification of products containing wood fiber materials.
2. Earthworm method
Get some earthworms and cups and black cloth. Put the broken product into the cup, and then put the earthworm into it, and cover the cup with a black cloth. If the earthworm enters the inside of the product, it means that it is decomposed. If the earthworm refuses to enter the pile on the top of the accumulation, it indicates that the product is not fully decomposed, and there is phenol or ammonia residue
3, plastic bag method (livestock manure and urine based compost)
The organic fertilizer equipment composting products based on animal manure and urine are put into plastic bags and sealed. If the plastic bag does not bulge, it can be concluded that the organic fertilizer product has been decomposed, because the unfermented fertilizer will produce gas.
