To detect whether the bearings of organic fertilizer equipment need lubrication, the following methods can be taken:
1. Temperature check: Determine the operating status of the bearing by measuring the temperature of the bearing of the organic fertilizer equipment. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the bearing should be kept below 60 ° C. If the bearing temperature is too high, it may mean that there is insufficient lubrication or bearing failure.
2. Lubricant analysis and diagnosis: ferrography analysis technology can be used to identify and predict rolling fatigue through the analysis of lubricating oil samples. The specific shape and size of the particles in the lubricating oil sample can reveal the type of wear and the operating state of the machine, so as to determine whether the bearing needs to be replaced or repaired.
3. Oil drop trace method: Take a clean white filter paper, drop a few drops of lubricating oil, and observe the trace of lubricating oil penetration. If there is black powder on the trace or a feeling of astringency, it indicates that there are more impurities in the lubricating oil and may need to be replaced.
4. Oil flow observation method: Let the lubricating oil slowly flow from the measuring cup to another empty cup to observe the oil flow. Good quality lubricating oil flow should be slender, uniform, continuous. If the oil flow is fast and slow, or there is a large flow, it may indicate that the lubricating oil has deteriorated.
5. Lighting method: Observe the lubricating oil drops under sunlight or strong light, if there is no abrasive dust or excessive abrasive dust in the oil drop, you can determine whether the lubricating oil needs to be replaced.
Through the above method, the lubrication status of the bearing of the organic fertilizer equipment can be effectively detected, and the normal operation of the organic fertilizer production line can be ensured and the service life of the bearing can be extended.
