1. Reasonable selection of raw materials, that is, choose raw materials that are not easy to caking as our raw materials, such as trace element foliar fertilizer, with iron, copper, manganese, zinc, sulfate and boric acid, ammonium molybdate as raw material additives is magnesium sulfate, is the main component, the main raw materials are relatively dry. When the air is not too humid, the resulting fertilizer will not clump. The fertilizer with humic acid as the main raw material and amino acid as the main raw material is not easy to caking. Also, choose materials that are as dry as possible.

2. Choose appropriate production time for organic fertilizer production line. Since most of China is located in the northern temperate zone, the rainy season is concentrated in June, July and August, and this period is also higher. As a result, fertilizers are also less likely to produce clumps in spring, late fall and winter. This is because the air humidity is low and the temperature is not high, which is not conducive to caking.

3. Add some anti-caking agents that are not easy to caking, such as talc powder, humic acid and other powders. They break the bridge in the middle. Surfactants can also be added to prevent caking

4. Reasonable packaging should be used to prevent extrusion. The packaging material is mainly to prevent moisture absorption and ventilation. In order to prevent excessive extrusion during transportation and storage, it can also effectively prevent caking problems.
