Processing quality is indeed an important indicator to measure organic fertilizer production lines, which involves a number of aspects, including:
1. Organic matter content: Organic matter content in organic fertilizer is one of the key indicators to measure its quality. According to the "Organic Fertilizer NY/T 525-2021" standard, the organic matter content of organic fertilizer (on a dry basis) should not be less than 30%.
2. Moisture content: The moisture content of organic fertilizers has an important impact on product quality. Excessive moisture content can lead to problems such as fertilizer clumping and nutrient loss. The standard stipulates that the moisture content should not be greater than 45%.
3. Total nutrient content: The total nutrient content of organic fertilizer, including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements, is an important indicator to measure the effect of fertilizer.
4.pH value: The pH of organic fertilizer is also an important quality indicator, and the pH value stipulated in the standard should be between 5.5 and 8.5.
5. Degree of homogenization: The degree of homogenization of organic fertilizers is low, that is, the sample index gap is large, which will affect the consistency and effect of fertilizers.
6. Fermentation and granulation process: The key to organic fertilizer production is to control the production quality and improve the fermentation and granulation process, which directly affects the final quality of organic fertilizer.
7. Production line performance: including raw material processing capacity, product output capacity, product quality, energy consumption and automation degree of organic fertilizer equipment. Through the above indicators, the processing quality of the organic fertilizer production line can be comprehensively evaluated to ensure that the organic fertilizer produced can meet the needs of agricultural planting, improve crop yield and quality, and ensure environmental safety.
