Rainy period organic fertilizer equipment to strengthen management

2025/02/22

In rainy periods, organic fertilizer equipment needs to be strengthened to ensure the normal operation and production efficiency of the equipment. The following are some specific management measures:

1. Moisture-proof and rust-proof equipment: Ensure that the equipment is stored in a dry and well-ventilated place to avoid moisture. If the equipment is stored in the open air, cover it with a rain cloth or dust cover to prevent rain from directly touching the equipment.

2. Anti-rust treatment: Regular anti-rust treatment of the metal parts of the equipment, such as coating anti-rust paint or anti-rust oil to prevent the equipment from rusting.

3. Inspection and maintenance: In rainy periods, the inspection frequency of the equipment should be increased, focusing on the inspection of the equipment's sealing, electrical system, transmission components, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

4. Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the organic fertilizer production line, including cleaning equipment, lubricating transmission parts, tightening loose bolts, etc., to reduce equipment failures.

5. Material management and control of material humidity: In rainy periods, the humidity of the material may increase, and the humidity of the material should be controlled through appropriate pretreatment to avoid the increase of equipment operation resistance or poor fermentation effect due to excessive moisture of the material.

6. Moisture-proof storage: Ensure that the storage area of the material is dry and well-ventilated to avoid moisture and mold of the material, which will affect the subsequent fermentation effect.

7. Operator training and safety training: Conduct safety training for operators during the rainy season to ensure that they understand the precautions for operating equipment in rainy periods, such as anti-slip and anti-electric shock.

Through the above measures, we can effectively respond to the challenges brought by rainy periods, ensure the normal operation and production efficiency of organic fertilizer equipment, and reduce equipment failures and production costs.
