Research on anti-rust technology of organic fertilizer equipment

However, organic fertilizer equipment is susceptible to oxidative corrosion during long-term use, resulting in shortened equipment life and affecting the normal production of organic fertilizer production lines. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the anti-rust technology of organic fertilizer equipment.

Corrosion of organic fertilizer equipment not only affects the beauty of the equipment, but more seriously, corrosion can lead to reduced strength of the equipment, reduced sealing performance, damage to parts and other problems, and then affect the normal operation of the equipment.

Organic fertilizer equipment rust prevention method:

(1) Choose the right material: according to the working environment of organic fertilizer equipment, choose materials with good corrosion resistance, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.

(2) Surface treatment: During the equipment manufacturing process, the metal surface is sandblasted, phosphating and other treatments to remove surface oxides and dirt, improve surface roughness, and enhance the adhesion of the coating.

(3) Coating protection: coating a layer of anti-rust coating on the surface of the equipment, such as epoxy resin, acrylic resin, etc., to isolate the contact between the metal surface and the external environment to prevent oxidative corrosion.

(4) Regular inspection and maintenance: regular inspection of the equipment, corrosion is found in a timely manner, and regular maintenance of the equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
