3. When turning over the pile, it is strictly prohibited to stand at the front and back of the machine to prevent the parabola from causing harm to people.

4. When checking the cutter body, transmission shaft and transmission parts of the tipping machine, the power supply must be cut off. If the parts are replaced, the engine should be turned off, and the replacement of parts should be strictly prohibited when the parts are not turned off

5, if the abnormal sound phenomenon is found during the operation, the inspection should be stopped immediately, and the fault should be removed before continuing to work.

6, when the overturning shaft up and down, when the height of the two ends is not consistent, do not rotate the overturning shaft.

The conditions of the dumping site require that the landfill site must be smooth and firm, and it is strictly prohibited to operate on the slope. There must be no concave or convex surface larger than 5cm in the working area. The material length is not necessarily too long, the bundle should be loosened. Material stacking requirements: Bottom width shall not exceed 2.3 meters, top height shall not exceed 1.0 meters, stacked into strips.
