1. The assembly size between the inner and outer rings of the bearing and the bearing seat hole is improper.
The assembled bearing is replaced directly without polishing or measuring the inner hole, which leads to an increase in production temperature, and then disassembled and inspected to find that the bearing hole is deformed, the outer ring of the bearing is squeezed, the radial clearance is small, the rotating body cannot rotate evenly, and the bearing wear is increased. The clearance between the shaft and the shaft causes the bearing to heat and vibrate.
2. Improper temperature control when heating the bearing.
When heating the bearing with the bearing, if the temperature is too high, it will cause tempering, reduce the hardness and accuracy, and increase the bearing temperature, thereby increasing the wear and damage of the bearing.
3. Improper clearance adjustment.
If the axial clearance is small, the bearing will heat up, the pitting rate will be accelerated, and in severe cases, the rotating body will be killed or damaged. If the clearance is too large, the impact force will increase, and the rigidity will decrease, resulting in noise or vibration damage to the crusher.
4. There is a problem with the oil seal
The oil seal of the rotating shaft of the organic fertilizer pulverizer is an important seal. The cavity is generally kept static, and the oil seal becomes the lip seal of the rotating shaft. The oil seal with auxiliary lip can effectively prevent dust and impurities, and prolong the service life of the oil seal, but poor lubrication, increase friction, dry friction, and damage the oil seal. Therefore, when installing the lip oil seal, make sure that the lip is filled with oil.
