Organic fertilizer fermentation equipment is very important in the production process of the entire organic fertilizer production line, and the quality of organic fertilizer is also greatly dependent on the fermentation process, so the organic fertilizer fermentation process is paid attention to. The heating time of organic fertilizer equipment during the production of organic fertilizer fermentation refers to the early stage of the composting process, and the temperature rise of the compost gradually rises from the ambient temperature to 45℃. The dominant microorganisms are mainly thermophilic microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi and actinomyces, and the differentiation substrates are mainly sugars and starches. The fruit bodies of fungi can be found during the time, and animals and protozoa participate in the differentiation.
When the high temperature time of organic fertilizer fermentation rises to more than 45℃, it enters the high temperature time. At this time, thermophilic microorganisms are suppressed and even die, while thermophilic microorganisms rise to be the dominant microorganisms. Before pelleting, residual and newly constituted soluble organic matter in the compost continue to be oxidized and differentiated, and messy organic matter such as hemicellulose - cellulose and protein also begin to be vigorously differentiated.
The microbial activities of organic fertilizer fermentation are replaced, usually at 60℃ the most intense fungi and actinomycetes, when the temperature rises to 70℃, the fungi simply stop activities completely, only the thermophilic bacteria and actinomycetes activities, when the temperature rises to 80℃, most thermophilic microorganisms are no longer used to, and a large number of dormancy and death time. The optimal temperature of modern organic fertilizer production line for compost production is usually 60℃, because most microorganisms are the most active and most easily differentiated organic matter in this temperature range, and most pathogens and parasites can be killed.
