Detailed process of cow dung fermentation

2022/10/17

Cow dung organic fertilizer equipment in the process of farming manure, we must not only help the countryside to dispose of garbage, but also make these materials reuse and enhance the value. To achieve this result, we must tear off the "garbage" label of the farm with the help of organic fertilizer. The cow dung organic fertilizer production mainly includes two steps: pre-fermentation and post-granulation. The cow dung organic fertilizer production machine produced by our company has advanced technology, energy saving and consumption reduction, and reliable operation. Welcome to consult, let's talk about how cow dung is fermented .

 1. Material ratio: the main material (cow dung) accounts for 70%, the auxiliary materials (straw powder, sawdust, rice husk, mushroom residue, etc., the moisture content does not exceed 12%) accounts for 30%, the starter (addition ratio 1:5000KG)
2. Proliferator: Take out some auxiliary materials, mix with starter at a ratio of 1:30, and stir evenly.
3. Mixture: mix at a weight ratio of 77:3, then evenly sprinkle the organic fertilizer starter treated in step 2 on the fermentation material, and then stir evenly.
4. Moisture control: According to the actual situation, use the folding machine to adjust and turn the material evenly, and finally control the moisture of the fermentation material to 50-60%. Judgment of moisture content: grab a small amount of material, see the watermark but not drip, and properly disperse when falling.
5. Pile and Fermentation: The materials are stacked in the form of stacks, which can be arranged in multiple parallel stacks. The cross section of the chimney is usually triangular or trapezoidal, with a height of 1.5-3.0m and a width of 4-6m. The moisture content of the hybrid pile is 50-60%. ); if there is a fermentation tank, you can use the fermentation tank directly.
6. Composting: Compost for about 3 days, turning once. When the material temperature reaches 60-70. After about 1-2 days at °C, turn the heap over again. After flipping the stack, the material temperature rose again to around 70-80% °C. It lasts for 1-2 days, the color becomes dark brown and the smell is slightly acidic.
