Fermented organic fertilizer has gradually become a new trend in agriculture

2022/08/06

Livestock and poultry manure includes chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, sheep manure, horse manure, duck manure, rabbit manure, pigeon manure and other livestock manure, as well as organic fertilizers with decomposed straws. The livestock manure and straw were not treated in any way. Or after decomposition and fermentation, it is pure organic fertilizer. Farm manure and livestock and poultry manure are directly used for crops without decomposition and fermentation, which will cause problems such as soil hypoxia, breeding of diseases and insect pests, slow fertilizer efficiency, fermented seedlings, and harmful gas hazards. Affect crop growth and harvest. Therefore, fermented manure organic fertilizer has gradually become a new trend in agricultural development.
The use of organic fertilizer production equipment for the harmless treatment and reuse of farm manure is fully in line with the sustainable agricultural development strategy. Therefore, we should give full play to the advantages of organic fertilizer equipment, produce and process organic fertilizers, improve soil, and ease the discharge pressure of manure in aquaculture. Strengthening the recycling of waste to generate new energy and restoring it to crop production can not only greatly save costs and investment, but also reduce pollution, and the ecological and environmental benefits are extremely significant.
The first step in organic fertilizer production is to ferment livestock manure. The production process of organic fertilizer equipment is mainly to pulverize the previously fermented organic fertilizer raw materials, sieve them, and then combine the raw materials with binders and other ingredients that need to be compatible. According to the batching requirements, metering, batching and mixing are carried out in the automatic batching mixing system. The fully mixed material is evenly and continuously sent to the organic fertilizer granulator machine by the belt conveyor for granulation, and then dried by the dryer under low temperature and large air volume. The finished granules are cooled and screened, then coated by a coating machine, and transported to the finished product silo by a belt conveyor, measured by a computerized automatic quantitative packaging system, packed and stacked into storage, and finally produced granular fertilizer.
