How to control the pH value when processing organic fertilizer equipment?

2022/10/29

The fermentation quality of organic fertilizer production equipment is directly related to the quality of organic fertilizer production equipment. Organic fertilizer production equipment production line can help you improve fermentation quality and yield. Compost fermentation is to use the oxidative decomposition ability of natural microorganisms to controllably promote the biochemical degradation of degradable organic matter in the material under a certain temperature, humidity and pH value to form stable humus. In order to exert the fermentation effect, it is necessary to adjust the pH value to achieve the effect.

How to control the ph value during the processing of organic fertilizer production equipment:
The pH value is too low, mainly affected by too much water or too fine material. At this time, the fermentation of organic wastes such as manure can easily become anaerobic. When it becomes an anaerobic state, the accumulation of organic acids can reduce the pH value to less than 4.5, which seriously affects the activity of fermenting bacteria in the fertilizer, and stops the activity and enters dormancy or death. At this time, it is necessary to use a manure stacker to supply oxygen. After stacking, the material is more breathable than before, and the oxygen content is sufficient, which can make the pH environment of organic wastes such as feces return to normal.
If the value of PH is too high, the activity of many fermentation bacteria will be reduced, and the material will not be decomposed and reproduced. If the fermentation bacteria is higher than 11.5, it will start to die in large numbers, which will promote the denaturation of the protein in the fermentation material and the inactivation of the enzyme protein, thus affecting the fermentation cycle and the quality of the organic fertilizer.
However, the pH value of common fermentation raw materials does not need to be adjusted. If the pH value of the normal fermentation environment is 5-9 during the fermentation of feces, and the pH value is higher than 9, the pH value needs to be adjusted. Ferric chloride, alum, strong acid or fertilizer can be added to return the pH value. If the pH value is lower than 4, it can generally be adjusted by adding lime, charcoal ash, etc. When the feces are moderately fermented, the pH value adjustment can affect the fermentation environment, which is conducive to the growth, reproduction and decomposition of fermenting bacteria, and shortens the fermentation cycle. Improve the quality of fermented materials educated into organic fertilizers.
