1. Material agglomeration: In the organic fertilizer production, after the material is fermented, the material becomes a semi-finished product mixed with lumps and powders of different sizes. Although it is stirred and crushed by the organic fertilizer fermentation turner during the fermentation process, the material will still be agglomerated due to the accumulation of moisture, which is very unfavorable for subsequent processing. For block semi-finished products, it is good to use the semi-wet material pulverizer of organic fertilizer production equipment to pulverize.
2. The organic fertilizer needs to be dried and cooled before organic fertilizer granulator machine. ①In order to prevent the fertilizer from agglomerating for a long time, dusting agents such as bentonite, gypsum powder and talcum powder can be appropriately added. ②By pressurizing the material, part of the water is squeezed out. Commonly used methods are pressing, sedimentation, filtration, and centrifugal separation. ③The organic fertilizer dryer is used for drying, which uses thermal energy to heat the material and gasify the moisture in the material. It takes a certain amount of heat to remove the moisture in the material. Usually air is used to dry the material
3. Coating: A layer of coating agent is added on the surface of the particles to make the particles more round and good-looking, and the quality is better, which is convenient for the permanent retention of materials without caking and deterioration. It is necessary to adopt reasonable packaging to prevent extrusion. The packaging materials are mainly to prevent moisture absorption and ventilation, to prevent excessive extrusion during transportation and storage, and to prevent the problem of organic fertilizer agglomeration.
4. Storage: Pay attention to changes in weather, choose the appropriate production time, according to local climatic conditions, for example, most parts of China belong to the north temperate zone, the rainy season is mostly concentrated in June, July and August, and the time with higher temperature is also concentrated in this time. , so the production of organic fertilizers in spring, late autumn and winter will reduce the chance of caking.
