How to choose organic fertilizer equipment and determine the configuration of organic fertilizer production line depends on the stability and quality of products. The higher the configuration of organic fertilizer equipment, the more equipment is needed, but the higher the stability and quality of the products produced. For example, low configuration of granular organic fertilizer equipment values need fermentation equipment, raw material warehouse, crushing equipment, screening equipment, granulation equipment, drying and cooling equipment, packaging scales, transmission equipment. Equipment required for the production of pig manure organic fertilizer: Add organic matter carrier (blender): After collecting pig manure into the fermentation tank, add cotton straw, sawdust, rape straw, corn straw and other straw commences. The addition amount is generally 45%~50% of the weight of collected pig manure. After adding organic matter, it is thoroughly mixed with pig manure.

Turning over and fermentation of organic fertilizer equipment (turning and pushing machine) : cellulose degrading bacteria can be obtained by screening or other means, adding the cellulose degrading bacteria cultured in the flask to the pig manure mixture in a certain dose, and then adding the protease producing bacteria, and thoroughly mixing it with the pig manure mixture.

Grinding and screening of organic fertilizer equipment (screening machine): the fermented pig manure mixture is crushed with a grinder, and the crushed material needs to pass through a 30-40 mesh sieve.

Mixing (conveyor): The crushed and sifted pig manure mixture is tested for nutrients and then transported to the mixer, where it is blended into natural organic fertilizers required for different crops according to the nutrient test.

Pelletizing and packaging (pelletizing machine, packaging machine): The prepared pig manure mixture will be pelletizing and packaging as required.
