2. Stir evenly and ventilate: When fermenting the mushroom residue material, it must be stirred evenly, pay attention to turning over, and ventilate properly.
3. Water control system: the moisture of fermented mushroom slag material should be controlled at about 50%. Moisture Judgment: Grab a handful of materials with your hands, see the watermark but not drip, and it will disperse when it hits the ground. Fermentation is slow with less water, and poor ventilation with more water. It can be mastered according to the actual situation of the material.
4. Temperature control: start the fermentation temperature, it is best to ferment for about a week. In winter, the temperature is low and the fermentation time is long.
5. Fermentation is complete: the mushroom slag material can stop fermentation to achieve a softening effect. If the fermentation time is too long, too much cellulose in the material will be consumed.
6.
