The development of organic fertilizer production equipment is getting faster and faster. In view of the outstanding problems such as excessive chemical fertilizer consumption, low efficiency and decline in the quality of cultivated land in agricultural production, the main goal of organic fertilizer production equipment is to reduce the amount of chemical fertilizers, improve the quality of cultivated land, and realize new and efficient biological fertilizer industrialization. The organic fertilizer equipment production line is composed of fermentation system, drying system, deodorization and dust removal system, special pulverizer for organic fertilizer, batching system, mixing system, special granulator for organic fertilizer and finished product packaging machine.
1: Fermentation. The main function of the fermentation part of the organic fertilizer production line is to reduce the moisture in the organic fertilizer raw materials in the early stage. The raw materials of organic fertilizer are mainly chicken manure, pig manure, sheep manure and other animal manure, cow manure and sheep manure, but the humidity of chicken manure and pig manure is too high. In particular, the initial humidity of chicken manure and pig manure is generally above. There is no way to handle such high humidity in person, it has to go through a fermenter. Generally, the humidity of the above fresh chicken manure can be reduced to below through fermentation for about a week.
2: Broken. The feces of fermented animals are gathered together, and the lumpy material is not directly dried, so it is best to crush it with a small crusher first, and then go to the next stage. In organic fertilizer equipment, the crushing part is often essential.
3: dry. How to dry it again, otherwise fermentation can only adjust the humidity left and right. To actually make organic particles, water has to be underneath, so the drying process is also necessary.
4: Granulation. The organic fertilizer granulator machine is the key link of the entire organic fertilizer production line. Generally speaking, it is recommended to use the combination of pelletizer and ball shaper for the particle function, rather than using the traditional pelletizer ball shaper, which has the advantages of high particle formation rate and good density.
