1. Raw materials, auxiliary materials and fermentation agents are pre-mixed evenly according to the proportion of the equipment, and the moisture reaches about 60%. They are transported through the conveyor belt and transported to the fermentation tank through the shuttle belt cloth machine.
2. In order to fully ferment the material in the fermentation tank, the material is turned and displaced by the chain plate turning machine, and aerated from the bottom of the tank through the aeration system to make the material undergo aerobic fermentation.
3. The material is basically completed in about 7-10 days of fermentation in the fermentation tank. Under the turning displacement of the turning and throwing machine, the material is turned and thrown to the discharge end for aging and secondary fermentation, so that the material is completely rotten.
4. The decomposed material is conveyed to the granulation workshop through the conveyor belt, and the material is screened by the drum screening machine and the vertical crusher to remove the bulk material;
5. Screening materials and other inorganic nutrients are transported to the twin-shaft paddle mixer in proportion by using a batching metering belt scale, and stirred evenly. The well-mixed material can be packaged into powder, and the water can also be adjusted at about 40%.
6. The material with a moisture content of about 40% is output into a columnar semi-finished product through an organic fertilizer granulator machine, and then formed into a spherical granule semi-finished product through a rounding machine, which is transported to a tubular dryer for low-temperature drying through a conveyor belt, and then sieved by a cooling and screening machine Divide and cool, so that the moisture content drops to 15-30, and can also be packaged and processed according to needs, and then packaged;
7. The finished granules are transported to the packaging workshop through the finished product conveyor belt conveyor, and the packaging adopts automatic metering packaging and manual palletizing.
