1. Stirring raw materials In fertilizer production, in order to adjust the ratio of carbon to nitrogen, pH value, water content, etc., some auxiliary substances must be added. The main raw materials and various auxiliary materials are roughly stacked together in proportion, and can be stirred evenly by the tipper.

2. Adjust the temperature of the feedstock pile. Rotate the composter to make the feedstock fully contact and mix with the air. In addition, a large amount of fresh air can be contained in the pile, which is conducive to the active generation of fermentation heat by aerobic microorganisms. When the temperature is high, the stacking temperature can be reduced by adding fresh air.

3. Improve the permeability of raw material pile. The turning system can process the material into small chunks, making the thick and dense material pile become fluffy and elastic, and forming proper porosity.

4. Adjust the moisture content of raw material pile to about 55%, and the moisture standard of finished organic fertilizer to below 20%. During fermentation, biochemical reactions produce new water, as does the consumption of raw materials by microorganisms. Thus, with the timely reduction of moisture during fermentation, in addition to the evaporation caused by heat conduction, the turning of raw materials by the turning machine will also form mandatory water vapor emissions.
