During the flipping operation, the working frame moves forward at a certain speed from the initial end of the fermentation tank, and the trolley is stationary relative to the working frame. The flipping parts go deep into the tank, advance with the whole equipment, and the chain plate rotates continuously, so as to continuously grab the materials in the tank and transfer them to the rear for restacking. After completing a stroke operation along the tank, the hydraulic system lifts the rollover part to a height that does not contact with the material, the dolly moves a wide distance laterally, the work frame retreats to the initial end of the fermentation tank, and then the rollover part returns to its position, goes deep into the tank, and begins the next operation.
