3. Mixer: During this process, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements can be added and mixed evenly.
4. Granulator: disc granulator, new type organic fertilizer granulator, drum granulator.
5. Dryer and cooling tower: The hot air enters the dryer to dry the raw material through the induction fan, and the moisture content of the raw material after drying does not exceed 30%.
6. Screening machine: After screening, the large particles are broken and granulated again. The powder is directly conveyed to the granulator, and the finished pellets are conveyed to the coater for coating.
7. Coating machine: This machine should add a layer of coating agent to the particles to make the particles more round and beautiful, which is conducive to the long-term storage of materials.
8. Packaging machine: This machine can save labor and pack more accurately.
