Material reason analysis：
1. Moisture
Before granulation, the material is in powder form, and for granulation, some water needs to be added to coagulate. Add more water, larger particles, less water, smaller particles. So this is also a big test for the skills of pelletizers. The disc granulator requires higher skills for the granulator, while the drum granulator requires lower skills.
2. Material fineness
The rougher the material, the more irregular the particles.
3. Sticky
The raw materials of organic fertilizer are generally livestock and poultry manure, straw, garden waste, etc., with poor viscosity, and some fillers with strong viscosity such as bentonite can be added.
Granulator analysis：
The choice of pelletizer also affects the pelletization rate of the pellets:
1. The particles formed by the disc granulator are round, the regularity is not very good, and the sizes are different. Generally, they are master batches.
2. The granules formed by the roller extrusion granulator and the flat die granulator are cylindrical, and the particle size is relatively uniform due to the use of a die.
3. Drum granulator. The particles formed by the drum stirring tooth granulator are also round, and the size has a lot to do with the addition of water.
